Why might colours look different from what I see on screen?
Colours can appear different due to variations in monitor settings, screen brightness, and display calibration. We recommend viewing product images on multiple devices to get a better sense of the artwork's colours. While we strive for colour accuracy, please understand that some variation between screen display and physical print is normal. We recommend considering this when selecting artwork, especially if you're trying to match specific decor colours.
How accurate are the colours in the final print?
We work with professional print-on-demand partners who use high-quality printing equipment and colour-matched inks to ensure the most accurate colour reproduction possible. However, slight variations may occur due to different material types.
What sizes are available?
All our designs are available in multiple sizes and our signature colour combinations. Print sizes vary by design to ensure optimal proportions and visual impact. You'll find the available sizes listed on each individual product page, so you can choose the perfect fit for your space.
Ordering & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Your artwork will arrive within 7-10 working days because we craft each piece to order, we can guarantee museum-quality results every time. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey to your door.
What are your shipping costs?
We offer FREE UK mainland delivery. We currently don’t deliver outside of the UK. Please see our shipping information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Currently, we focus exclusively on UK delivery to ensure the fastest service and best value for our customers. We're actively exploring international shipping—sign up for our newsletter to be first in line when we expand globally. Please see our shipping information.
What if my order arrives damaged?
While we take exceptional care with packaging, we understand accidents happen. If your print arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it completely free of charge—no questions asked.
Important: You must report any damage within 48 hours of delivery. Simply email us at returns@patternandpixel.co.uk with:
- Photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- A detailed description of the issue
- Your full name and order number
Once approved, we'll arrange your replacement immediately. You won't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it, and if we do, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your artwork is printed and dispatched, you'll receive an email with full tracking information. Follow your order's progress from our studio to your door.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Due to our made-to-order production process, we're unable to cancel orders once they've been placed. Your artwork goes into production immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. If you change your mind after ordering, you'll need to wait until the item arrives and then return it within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. We encourage you to carefully review your order details—including size, design, and shipping address—before completing your purchase.

Are your prints fade-resistant?
Yes, absolutely. We use museum-quality archival inks that maintain their vibrancy for decades when displayed away from direct sunlight. Your investment in beautiful art is protected for years to come.
Do your canvas prints come ready to hang?
With our canvas prints, you have the option of selecting it as a framed or unframed canvas but either way, each canvas print arrives complete with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware, so that you can hang your artwork straight away.

How should I care for my prints?
Keep your artwork looking stunning with these simple steps:
- Display away from direct sunlight to maintain colour vibrancy
- Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth as needed
- For deeper cleaning, use a barely damp lint-free cloth and gently wipe over the canvas—never soak the canvas.
How do I hang my canvas print?
Each print comes with pre-installed sawtooth hanging hardware. Simply:
- Mark your desired position on the wall
- Install appropriate wall fixings for your wall type
- Hang and adjust level
- Step back and admire your beautiful new artwork

Returns & exchanges
What's your returns policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in unused, undisplayed condition. You're responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Damaged items are replaced free of charge within 48 hours of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different piece, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delays.
